PARS Therapy in Eagle Pass, TX is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team. You will work with patients in their homes, helping them regain independence and improve daily functioning.

The role emphasizes evidence-based treatment, collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, and tailoring interventions to each patient’s needs. A Texas OT license and professional liability insurance are required.

Qualificações

• Active Texas Occupational Therapy license
• Current professional liability insurance in Texas
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Evidence-based treatment knowledge and techniques

Responsabilidades

• Evaluating patient conditions and creating individualized treatment plans
• Implementing therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills
• Educating patients and families on techniques to support recovery and independence
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
• Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as needed
