Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Independently schedule patient visits in a timely and efficient manner; check in with office daily to update schedule.
• Provide in-home occupational therapy services to patients with neuromuscular, skeletal and perceptual disorders under physician direction.
• Maintain clear documentation and communication with agency staff, physicians, hospital staff, and general public.
