Ignite Rehab (DBA Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy) seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide in-home care on a per diem basis in Morris County, NJ. You will deliver 1:1 treatment, evaluate patient needs, and develop individualized plans in collaboration with physicians.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of New Jersey or eligible.
• Home health experience is preferred but not required; mentorship provided.
• Ability to travel to patients’ homes within the assigned geographic territory.
• Strong communication with patients, support staff, and management.

Responsibilities

• Accept and treat patients within your designated geographic area.
• Provide 1:1 treatment and develop individualized plans.
• Deliver care aligned with standards and physician orders.
• Educate family members and caregivers on therapy techniques.
• Plan and carry out occupational therapy programs to improve function.
• Perform initial exams and document findings for diagnosis.
• Provide timely and accurate documentation for each visit.
• Evaluate treatment effects and adjust as needed.
• Willingness to treat geriatric patients.
