The Occupational Therapist will be part of a multidisciplinary team and will provide essential rehabilitative care. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required, along with a valid state license.

Qualifications

• Current state Occupational Therapist license required.
• Minimum one year of recent experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Prior home care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits to clients in designated areas.
• Perform evaluations of patients' functional status.
