The role includes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, supervision of staff as needed, and flexible scheduling to meet patient and program needs. A Bachelor's degree in OT, NBCOT registration, and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy (ACOTE-accredited).
• Initial NBCOT registration and OT license in good standing.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in patient homes and diverse settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient OT services in home or facility settings.
• Supervise aides and students per licensure.
• Maintain timely documentation and scheduling.
• Collaborate with rehab team and physicians.
• Adapt plans of care to patient needs.
