Job summary

Powerback is seeking an Occupational Therapist for full-time, in-home outpatient therapy across Nashua and Hudson, including day programs and residential settings. The role focuses on evaluating and treating older adults in their homes or in living facilities, with a flexible schedule across region.

The position requires ACOTE-accredited OT education, NBCOT registration, and a valid state license. A driver’s license or reliable transport is necessary to reach patients in their homes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from ACOTE-accredited program.
• Initial NBCOT registration.
• Valid state OT license.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient OT services in-home or in facilities.
• Evaluate patient needs and design home-based OT plans.
• Supervise OT assistants, temporary licensees, students as needed.
• Maintain timely clinical and billing documentation.
• Collaborate with rehab team and community physicians to select best regimens.
• Adapt plans to patient goals and safety in the home environment.
