Qualifications

• Board certification (required).
• Multi-state licenses (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home health evaluations lasting about 45 minutes.
• Review medications and medical history and perform a physical evaluation.
• Travel locally within licensed states as needed and conduct virtual visits when required.
