Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) seeks NPs for in-home health assessments across a multi-county region. Set your own schedule with no nights or weekends; 60 hours per month minimum with high visit potential and travel options.

Experience is welcome, but new grads are encouraged to apply and training is provided. Each completed assessment earns a base rate with tiered increases as you commit more hours per month.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted state NP license.
• Board certification: FNP, AGNP, or ANP.
• Reliable personal transportation and availability for 60 hours per month.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-scheduled, in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid and commercial plans.
• Use pre-populated forms and structured workflows; no treatment plans or follow-up calls.
• Complete the visit and submit the form to finalize the case.
