Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking 1099 NPs to conduct pre-scheduled in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plans. You set your own schedule with no required hours, and there is high visit volume across multiple counties in your region.

Base pay is $80 per completed assessment with a tiered structure; 60 hours/month minimum and travel may be covered. New grads are welcome to apply, and malpractice insurance is included.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted state NP license.
• Board certification: FNP, AGNP, or ANP.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Available for at least 60 hours/month.
• New grads welcome — no minimum experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-scheduled in-home health assessments.
• Complete the pre-populated forms; no treatment plans.
• Visits span multiple counties within assigned region.
• No nights or weekends required.
• Travel assignments possible; malpractice insurance included.
