Qualifications

• Must possess an active, unrestricted state NP license.
• Board certification required in FNP, AGNP, or ANP.
• No prior experience required; new graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Complete pre-scheduled, in-home health assessments for patients.
• Utilize pre-populated forms to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain a minimum commitment of 60 hours per month.
