Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking Nurse Practitioners to conduct pre-scheduled in-home health assessments across several counties. This role offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing you to set your own days, hours, and visit volumes.

With one of the largest assessment networks, enjoy a low-stress work environment without prescribing or treatment changes. New graduates are welcome, and there's a minimum commitment of 60 hours per month with ample earning potential.

Qualifications

• Must have an active NP license.
• Board certification as FNP, AGNP, or ANP is required.
• Reliable personal transportation is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Complete pre-scheduled in-home health assessments.
• Attend a minimum of 60 hours of visits per month.
• Maintain patient forms and submit completed assessments.
