Job summary

Evidence-Based Associates is seeking a Licensed Clinical Family Therapist to work in Denton County, TX, delivering Multisystemic Therapy to youth aged 12–17 and their families. This role requires local residence within 1 hour of the territory and in-home therapy as a core component of services.

You will train in MST, collaborate with families and schools, and support youth with strength-based behavior change, with a salary of $56K–$58K based on licensure and experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field per LMSW/LPC-Associate/LMFT-A requirements.
• One year of counseling experience preferred.
• Current Texas licensure and LPHA supervision.
• Background check and valid Texas driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based MST interventions to at-risk youth and families.
• Engage caregivers and participants in treatment planning and engagement.
• Maintain documentation and participate in MST trainings and supervision.
• Conduct minimum 2 face-to-face contacts per week across homes, schools, and community settings.
