Expert Water Removal is seeking an experienced In-Home Mitigation Sales Specialist to join our team in Florida. You will meet homeowners during their time of need to assess damage, determine scope, provide estimates, and guide customers through the mitigation process.

Responsibilities include meeting homeowners with qualified leads, delivering professional estimates, closing sales on the first visit, and delivering exceptional customer service with urgency and empathy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in water mitigation, restoration, construction, or related home services preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with commitment to exceeding satisfaction.
• Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners, carriers, crews, and management.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners for in-home appointments with qualified leads.
• Assess property damage and scope of work.
• Provide professional estimates and solutions.
• Deliver customer service with urgency and empathy.
• Communicate with customers, management, crews, and insurers.
• Respond within one hour of new job notice.
• Complete and file all required documentation.
• Use company systems and software to manage job information.
• Represent Expert Water Removal professionally.
