Lympha Press is seeking a Part-Time, field-based Advanced Lympha Press Therapy Coordinator in Dunnellon, FL. You will conduct in-home device deliveries, trials, and patient education across a designated territory, aiming to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, direct patient interaction, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure proper device use and access to therapy. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; minimum six (6) months of related healthcare experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of technology including scheduling, travel, and documentation applications.
• Self-motivated, self-disciplined, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, trial, and educate patients on Lympha Press devices in home settings.
• Schedule, demonstrate, and size devices for proper fit and comfort.
• Educate patients on compression therapy, garment use, and prescribed protocols.
• Explain rental agreements and financial responsibilities to patients and caregivers.
• Coordinate with internal teams for orders and documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Travel extensively within assigned territory for in-home visits and customer education.
• Identify patient needs and escalate to the patient relations team for follow-up.
