Job summary

Lympha Press is seeking a Part-Time, field-based Advanced Lympha Press Therapy Coordinator to deliver in-home device trials and patient education within a defined territory. You will coordinate demonstrations, sizing, and patient education while supporting access and device use.

The role emphasizes strong patient relationships, professional use of company software, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure patient satisfaction and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; minimum six (6) months of related healthcare experience; professional certification or license preferred but not required
• Previous medical device industry experience a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Effective organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of technology including scheduling, travel, and documentation applications
• Self-motivated, self-disciplined, and able to work independently while meeting role expectations
• Flexibility to travel to patient homes or healthcare settings for appointments
• Ability to quickly learn and effectively use company-specific software and handheld technology tools

Responsibilities

• Complete Medicare Advantage trials, explaining the benefits of advanced model pumps and reviewing out-of-pocket differences
• Schedule and perform product demonstrations, including patient measurements and device use instructions
• Ensure patients are properly sized for correct device fit and comfort
• Educate patients on compression therapy devices, garment application, and prescribed protocols
• Communicate patient rental agreements and financial responsibilities clearly to patients and caregivers
• Respond professionally to patient questions and concerns regarding devices or documentation
• Confirm scheduled appointments, set expectations for in-home visits, and organize equipment for education
• Collaborate with internal teams on order completion and documentation
• Identify patient needs and escalate to patient relations for same-day follow-up when possible
• Use translation resources to reduce language barriers when applicable
• Perform duties in compliance with HIPAA, NDA, and non-solicitation requirements
• Travel extensively within territory to service patients and conduct in-home visits
• Work professionally with other employees and departments
• Align all duties with Company Mission, Vision, and Goals
