Job summary

Lympha Press is seeking a Part-time, field-based Advanced Lympha Press Therapy Coordinator to deliver in-home demonstrations and patient education across a designated territory. The role emphasizes building strong patient relationships and ensuring proper device use and therapy initiation.

The candidate should have a high school diploma, minimum six months in healthcare, and strong communication skills; travel is extensive and flexible scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; healthcare exposure preferred.
• Six months of related healthcare experience; certification or license preferred but not required.
• Medical device industry experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities; tech-savvy with scheduling/travel/docs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home Lympha Press devices and conduct trials and patient education.
• Provide product demonstrations and patient measurements for device fit.
• Explain rental agreements and financial responsibilities to patients/caregivers.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order completion and documentation.
• Travel extensively within territory to service patients and conduct visits.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information and documentation.
