Sears Home Services is seeking an experienced In-Home Appliance Service Technician to repair laundry appliances in customers' homes across the Castro Valley area. This full-time role offers training and the chance to work independently as part of a trusted retailer and service provider.

Responsibilities include repairing washers, dryers, stoves, microwaves, and dishwashers, maintaining a clean truck, meeting performance targets, and delivering courteous, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years appliance maintenance/repair experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and use of tools/test equipment.
• Ability to follow steps and deliver quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Repair appliances in customers' homes (washers, dryers, stoves, microwaves, dishwashers).
• Provide timely, quality repairs and maintain customer service quality.
• Promote and sell additional products and services.
• Meet KPIs and productivity goals.
• Maintain organized truck stock and follow maintenance schedule.
