Job summary

Sears Home Services is seeking an experienced In-Home Appliance Service Technician to repair washers, dryers, stoves, microwaves and other home appliances in customers' homes. Comfortable with travel and using specialized tools.

You will maintain high-quality service, meet performance goals, and participate in ongoing training. A valid driver's license and previous appliance repair experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience repairing appliances preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Repair washers and dryers, gas and electric stoves, microwaves, dishwashers and other home appliances in customers' homes.
• Provide timely, quality repairs with excellent customer service.
• Promote products and services and meet performance metrics.
• Maintain organized truck stock and follow maintenance schedules.
