Qualifications

• 1–2 years appliance maintenance or repair experience
• Working mechanical knowledge and ability to use tools/test equipment
• Ability to follow directions and ensure quality workmanship

Responsibilities

• Repair home appliances in customers' homes (washers/dryers, stoves, microwaves, dishwashers, etc.)
• Maintain truck stock and keep a clean, organized truck
• Provide timely, quality repairs and excellent customer service
• Promote and sell additional products and services
• Meet key performance metrics and productivity goals
