Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in home improvement, remodeling, or a related industry.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret basic design plans or product specifications is a plus.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Comfortable conducting in-home consultations and traveling within the local service area.
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home and in-showroom sales consultations with prospective kitchen remodeling clients
• Present and recommend kitchen remodeling solutions including cabinet refacing, redooring, and custom cabinetry
• Develop and nurture leads through follow-up calls, emails, and relationship building
• Prepare accurate project estimates, proposals, and contracts for clients
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless project handoffs and customer satisfaction
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
• Represent the Kitchen Tune-Up brand with professionalism at local events and community outreach
