Job summary

Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking a passionate Sales Kitchen Remodeling Specialist to help homeowners transform their kitchens in Jesup, GA. This role blends in-home and showroom consultations with uncapped commission potential and a customer‑driven environment.

You will present remodeling options, prepare accurate estimates and contracts, collaborate with the production team for seamless handoffs, and strive to exceed monthly targets while representing the Kitchen Tune-Up brand at local events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in home improvement or remodeling.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Time management and organizational skills with self-motivation.
• Comfortable conducting in-home consultations and traveling within local service area.
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home and in-showroom sales consultations with prospective kitchen remodeling clients
• Present and recommend kitchen remodeling solutions including cabinet refacing, redooring, and custom cabinetry
• Develop and nurture leads through follow-up calls, emails, and relationship building
• Prepare accurate project estimates, proposals, and contracts for clients
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless project handoffs and customer satisfaction
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
• Represent the Kitchen Tune-Up brand with professionalism at local events and community outreach

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in home improvement, remodeling, or a related industry
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to read and interpret basic design plans or product specifications is a plus
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Comfortable conducting in-home consultations and traveling within the local service area
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
