Kitchen Tune-Up in Jesup, GA is seeking a driven Sales Kitchen Remodeling Specialist to help homeowners transform their kitchens through in-home and showroom consultations, closing deals with uncapped commissions, and building strong client relationships.

You will develop leads, prepare accurate estimates and contracts, and coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth handoffs and high customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets and representing the brand at local events.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in home improvement, remodeling, or related industries.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the local service area.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home and in-showroom sales consultations with prospective kitchen remodeling clients.
• Present and recommend kitchen remodeling solutions including cabinet refacing, redooring, and custom cabinetry.
• Develop and nurture leads through follow-up calls, emails, and relationship building.
• Prepare accurate project estimates, proposals, and contracts for clients.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless project handoffs and customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Represent the Kitchen Tune-Up brand with professionalism at local events and community outreach.
