All County One Day Bath – Bath Planet in New Jersey is looking for an ambitious In-Home Sales Representative to present bathroom remodeling solutions to homeowners who have expressed interest. You will close high-ticket deals during first visits, using company-provided tools and pre-qualified leads.

Offers a 100% commission-based structure with high earning potential and ongoing training. A strong track record in sales, exceptional communication, and a professional appearance are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven one-call close experience preferred
• In-home sales experience strongly preferred
• Background in home improvement/remodeling/high-ticket sales industries
• Demonstrated track record of closing large sales consistently
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build trust and create urgency in the home
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have already expressed interest in our products
• Conduct professional in-home design consultations
• Build rapport, uncover customer needs, and recommend custom bathroom remodeling solutions
• Present pricing, overcome objections, and close sales during the initial appointment
• Use company-provided technology and sales tools to deliver a world-class customer experience
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching to maximize performance
