Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking in-home specialty remodeling professionals for the role of Kitchen & Bath Designer. We offer unique custom products and services that are in strong demand.

Qualifications

• Attend KTU weekly sales coaching calls (min 3 per month).
• Friendly and professional demeanor when visiting homes.
• Strong negotiating skills to close sales.
• Proficient with 20/20 or similar design software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process (training provided).
• Conduct scheduled in-home consultations, making presentations to homeowners.
• Create designs in 20/20 or similar software for clients.
• Assemble a quote and related information to present to the customer to create a sale.
• Revise quotes or drawings as customers’ wants and needs are assessed.
• Collaborate with franchise owner to ensure a complete cabinet order.
• Meet the installer at the job prior to installation to inspect details.
• Maintain customer contact during the project and monitor activities.
• Convert as many sales appointments into sales (min 35%).
• Develop account-based business with designers, contractors, builders, and real estate firms.
