Job summary

Kitchen Tune-Up Inc. is seeking an in-home Kitchen & Bath Designer in New Jersey. You will conduct in-home consultations, present designs, and assemble quotes to close sales using 20/20 or similar software.

This commission-based role offers training, a high closing rate, and growth opportunities in the Northern New Jersey area. You will work with homeowners to design kitchens and baths, coordinate with franchise owners, and ensure orders are complete while developing new business with designers

Qualifications

• Attend KTU weekly sales coaching calls (min 3 per month).
• Optimistic, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude.
• Professional demeanor suitable to working in client homes.
• Strong negotiating skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process (training provided).
• Conduct scheduled in-home consultations, presenting to homeowners.
• Create designs in 20/20 or similar software for clients.
• Assemble quotes and related information to present to customers.
• Revise quotes or drawings per customer needs.
• Collaborate with franchise owner to ensure complete cabinet orders.
• Meet the installer prior to installation to inspect details.
• Maintain customer contact during the project and monitor activities.
• Convert sales appointments into sales (minimum 35%).
• Develop account-based business with designers, contractors, builders, and real estate firms.

Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking in-home specialty remodeling professionals for the role of Kitchen & Bath Designer. We offer unique custom products and services that are in strong demand.

This is a commission role with a high closing rate. Commission upside potential is unlimited and uncapped!

Job Duties

• Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process (training provided).
• Conduct scheduled \"in-home\" consultations, making presentations to homeowners.
• Create designs in 20/20 or similar software for clients
• Assembles a quote and related information to present to the customer with the goal of creating a sale.
• Revises quotes or drawings as customers' wants and needs are assessed.
• Collaborates and communicates with franchise owner to ensure a complete cabinet order.
• Meets the installer at the job prior to installation to inspect and cover necessary details.
• Continues customer contact during the project and monitors all related activities.
• Convert as many sales appointments as possible into sales (a minimum of 35% is expected)
• Willing to develop account based business, such as interior designers, contractors, builders, and real estate firms.
