Naven Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes or infusion sites, under supervision. The role focuses on safe delivery, patient education, and coordination of care with physicians and the clinical team.

Qualified candidates hold an active RN license, CPR certification, and up to two years of infusion experience. The position requires travel and offers opportunities for growth within a nationwide home infusion network.

Qualificações

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• 0–2 years of infusion nursing experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification; valid driver’s license for travel.
• Basic knowledge of computer operating systems and software applications.

Responsabilidades

• Initiates, develops, and implements basic nursing plan of care treatments.
• Provides direct patient care, administers medications, and educates patients and families.
• Assesses patient needs and physical status at each visit with health data and interviews.
• Communicates with clinical teams and physicians to ensure safe, continuous care.
• Completes documentation in real-time and adheres to facility policies.
