Job summary

Naven Health seeks an Infusion Nurse I to deliver safe, high-quality infusion care in patients' homes or alternative infusion sites under a physician's plan of care.

Under close supervision, you will perform nursing treatments, administer medications, educate patients and families, and document care for billing and compliance while coordinating with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification required (in-person class preferred).
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred; 1 year infusion/home health experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and implements basic nursing care plans for home infusion patients.
• Performs treatments and administers medications per physician orders; educates patients and families.
• Assesses patient status during visits and communicates changes to the clinical team.
• Documents care in real time for billing and compliance; ensures timely reporting.
• Coordinates discharge planning and provides patient instructions post-visit.
