Job summary

Naven Health is hiring an Infusion Nurse I to deliver direct patient care in home and infusion-site settings under physician plans of care. You will work under supervision to ensure patient safety and accurate documentation.

This role requires an active RN license and CPR certification, plus the ability to travel to patient homes. Preferred candidates have BSN and prior infusion nursing experience, with strong communication to coordinate with clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification as required by company policy.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements basic nursing plan of care treatments in patient homes or infusion sites.
• Performs treatments, administers medications, and educates patients and families.
• Communicates with clinical team and physicians to coordinate care and ensure patient safety.
• Completes accurate documentation in real-time and supports discharge planning as needed.
• Assists in supervision/mentoring of other nurses as applicable.
