Naven Health, Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to provide direct patient care in the home or alternative infusion sites under supervision. You will administer treatments, educate patients and families, and monitor progress to ensure safety and adherence to the physician plan of care.

The role requires an active RN license, 0–2 years infusion nursing experience, and CPR certification. Travel is 100% for business purposes, with a supportive team and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 0-2 years of infusion nursing experience required.
• Current CPR certification required (an in-person class is required per company policy).

Responsabilités

• Initiates, develops, and implements basic nursing plan of care treatments and educates patients and families/caregivers.
• Assesses patient needs and status at each visit and updates physician orders as needed.
• Provides patient teaching to achieve independence with prescribed therapy and care needs.
