Job summary

Amerita in Irving, TX is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide infusion therapy in patients' homes, delivering 1:1 care and implementing plans of care.

You will collaborate with pharmacy staff, complete documentation, manage vascular access, educate patients, and participate in on-call rotations. A valid RN license, CPR certification, and driving record are required, with travel to patients' homes (100%).

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience with infusion therapy and home health care preferred.
• Current CPR certification and valid nursing license in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients, develops and implements the Plan of Care.
• Adheres to infusion nursing and state regulations; follows ethical standards.
• Collaborates with pharmacy staff, providers, and patients to monitor therapy goals.
• Completes documentation for home visits, manages vascular access and blood draws.
• Educates patients and caregivers; participates in on-call rotation; tracks expenses.
