Job summary

HomeTown Services in Texas seeks a Comfort Advisor to address customer inquiries throughout the sales process and drive profitability through in-home sales. You will create and facilitate sales tickets and coordinate with installation teams to ensure smooth, efficient projects and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years HVAC experience, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HVAC as a Comfort Advisor or in an HVAC-related field.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of property maintenance practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct warm in-home estimates to identify HVAC replacement solutions (no residential cold calls).
• Sell HVAC systems and related components (air conditioning, heating, package units, mini-splits, geo-thermal, RTUs, dehumidifiers, ductwork, IAQ packages).
• Sell residential and commercial service agreements and membership packages.
• Create residential and light commercial appointment opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and installation schedules.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing HVAC estimates.
• Coordinate equipment ordering and installation staging.
• Engage in ongoing training and leadership development.
• Manage company-provided vehicle, gas card, cell phone, and tablet.
