Job summary

Cranney Home Services is seeking a Project Manager to lead in-home sales consultations and tailor replacement solutions for homeowners. You’ll build trust, size equipment correctly, and prepare precise proposals while coordinating with installation teams.

This commission-based role rewards performance with an unlimited earning potential and a supportive, family-oriented culture. Residential work only, with strong emphasis on customer experience and growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful outside sales experience, preferably in home services or home improvement
• Construction knowledge and strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM/sales applications
• Knowledge of local building codes and residential product lines is a plus
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, positive attitude with a passion for helping customers

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales consultations with homeowners
• Build trust by recommending solutions that best meet each customers' needs
• Measure existing equipment and properly size replacement systems
• Design installation solutions and prepare accurate proposals
• Perform pre-job site visits with the Installation Manager and subcontractors
• Develop lasting customer relationships through exceptional service
• Confidently negotiate and close sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience
