Job summary

Cranney Home Services in Danvers, MA is seeking a driven Project Manager with outside sales experience to guide homeowners to the right solutions and size/install equipment accordingly.

You will conduct in-home consultations, size replacements, and prepare proposals, building lasting relationships through exceptional service and close sales with a focus on customer care.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in home services or home improvement.
• Construction knowledge and strong mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM/sales applications.
• Knowledge of local building codes and residential product lines is a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, positive attitude with a passion for helping customers.

Responsibilities

What Success Looks Like

• Maintain a 25-30% sales conversion rate
• Generate approximately $1 million in annual sales during your first full year
• Consistently provide an exceptional customer experience from consultation through project completion
