A leading HVAC services provider in Troy, MI is seeking an Entry-Level Salesperson to assess homeowners' comfort needs and offer tailored HVAC solutions. The role includes warm leads, uncapped commissions, and provides support such as a take-home vehicle and insurance. Ideal candidates will have in-home sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a clean driving record. This is a full-time, year-round position with competitive compensation potential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet with residential homeowners to assess their comfort needs.
• Present tailored HVAC system solutions in a consultative sales role.
• Represent ARS with strong install support and fast turnaround.

Skills

Prior residential in-home sales experience

Excellent communication and customer engagement skills

HVAC knowledge preferred

One-call-close experience strongly preferred
