Summit Heating & Air in Marietta, GA is seeking an in-home Sales Consultant to advise homeowners on heating and cooling solutions. This role focuses on in-home visits, industry-leading training, and building lasting client relationships.

Base salary plus commission with uncapped earnings potential ($120,000 - $220,000+ per year). Includes a company vehicle, devices, and strong marketing support. Weekend appointments may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years consultative sales experience.
• In-home sales experience desired, we will train.
• Comfortable working directly with consumers in their homes.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with customers in their homes.
• Advise homeowners on heating and cooling systems for best fit.
• Educate customers on HVAC equipment and indoor air quality products.
• Clear and concise communication with customers and employees.
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales and installation process.
• Hands-on training on sales process and equipment.
• Build long-term, successful client relationships.
• Attend sponsored events and company marketing activities.
