Summit Heating & Air in Marietta, GA is seeking an in-home Sales Consultant to advise homeowners on heating and cooling solutions. This role focuses on in-home visits, industry-leading training, and building lasting client relationships.

Base salary plus commission with uncapped earnings potential ($120,000 - $220,000+ per year). Includes a company vehicle, devices, and strong marketing support. Weekend appointments may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years consultative sales experience.
• In-home sales experience desired, we will train.
• Comfortable working directly with consumers in their homes.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate tight spaces.

In Home Sales - HVAC

Overview

The Comfort Consultant meets with customers in their homes, providing comprehensive HVAC replacement and upgrade comfort solutions that fit their lifestyles. The majority of our work is local in Cobb County, and we provide 1-on-1 hands on training for sales and installations.

Pay

Base + Commission, $120,000 - $220,000 + per year, potential annual earnings

Uncapped earning potential

Schedule

Monday through Friday with weekend appointment

Hours

Work hours will vary based upon scheduling needs of customers, presentation times and seasonality. The Comfort Consultant may regulate their own work hours accordingly.

What You'll Be Doing

• Meeting with customers in their homes
• Professionally advise homeowners in determining the correct heating and cooling systems that offers the best solution to fit their needs
• Educating customers on HVAC equipment and in-door air quality products
• Clear and concise communication with company's customers and employees
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales and installation process
• Hands on training on sales process and equipment
• Build long-term successful client relationships
• Going on sponsored events - golf tournaments, company tailgates, and other company sponsored marketing event

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable working directly with consumers in their homes
• 2+ years consultative sales experience
• In-home sales experience desired, we will train
• Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds, climbing a 12\" ladder and working in tight spaces (attics)
• Time management, organization, and presentation skills
• Sales pipeline management skills
• Strong interpersonal and follow up skills
• HVAC or similar industry experienced desired, not required
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
