You will guide customers through decision-making and deliver professional proposals aligned with pricing standards. This commission-only sales role rewards performance with uncapped earnings, bonuses, and referral incentives.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and consultative sales skills.
• Ability to explain HVAC concepts clearly to non-technical customers.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage appointments.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Previous HVAC or in-home sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate homeowners on HVAC comfort systems and efficiency options.
• Perform in-home consultations and guide customers through decisions.
