Qualifications

• Previous HVAC Comfort Advisor, In-Home Sales, Outside Sales, or consultative sales experience preferred.
• Experienced HVAC technicians transitioning to sales are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent in-home presentation and communication skills.
• Strong ability to build trust with customers.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.

Responsabilités

• Meet homeowners in their homes to evaluate comfort needs and recommend HVAC replacements.
• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations.
• Build trust by listening, explaining options, and presenting fitting solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals that meet customer needs and standards.
• Close sales with a consultative approach and follow up with prospects.
• Collaborate with installation and operations teams to ensure a smooth experience.
