Job summary

Facemyer AC in Sanford, FL is seeking an energetic In-Home A/C Sales Rep to drive HVAC, plumbing and electrical system sales directly with homeowners. You will conduct in-home consultations, assess needs, present tailored solutions, and close deals.

The role emphasizes strong communication, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with operations for installation and service follow-up.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in HVAC.
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable conducting in-home consultations.
• Ability to identify customer needs and provide customized solutions.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

• In-Home Consultations: conduct in-home visits to assess HVAC, plumbing, and electrical needs and provide expert recommendations.
• Sales & Lead Generation: generate new leads, present solutions, and close sales.
• Product Knowledge & Recommendations: stay updated on HVAC technologies and tailor recommendations to each customer.
• Customer Service & Relationship Building: maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction through the installation process.
• Sales Documentation & Reporting: prepare detailed proposals with pricing and financing, and keep records up to date.
• Closing Sales & Following Up: secure signed contracts and coordinate installation and post-sale support.
