Qualifications

• 2-3 years Sales experience in home installation/repair
• Excellent listening skills and deliver an extraordinary customer experience
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
• Integrity and ability to promote a positive company image in a high-energy environment

Responsibilities

• Drive new sales for the company with professional customer care standards
• Run on assigned appointments from various sources
• Know the finance offers for each program
• Follow in-home sales program to CLOSE and install HVAC systems
• Perform sales presentations per company process
• Educate customers on value and promotions for high-efficiency equipment
• Document service performed and recommendations in forms and logs
• Attend appointments with customers as scheduled
• Represent the company professionally and maintain integrity
