ABACUS is seeking HVAC Service Selling Technicians to join a team of energetic professionals dedicated to delivering top customer service. The role involves consultative selling of HVAC options to homeowners with the potential to earn $150K–$200K with warm leads.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years sales experience (home installation/repair highly desired).
• Excellent listening skills and can deliver an extraordinary customer experience.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Integrity and ability to promote a positive company image; results driven in a high-energy environment.
• Ability to crawl in tight spaces, climb ladders, and work in attics, garages, crawl spaces and roofs in various conditions.

Responsibilities

• Drive new sales for the company in a professional manner consistent with integrity and customer-care standards.
• Determine needs and provide solutions that generate high referral-based sales.
• Run assigned appointments from diverse sources.
• Know the finance offers for each type of program.
• Follow the in-home sales program to close and install HVAC systems.
• Perform sales presentations per company selling process.
• Educate customers on value and promotions of high-efficiency equipment and options.
• Document service performed and recommendations in forms/logs/records.
• Attend appointments with customers as scheduled.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold integrity and customer-care standards.

What Will You Do?

• Drive new sales for the company in a professional manner consistent with the company’s integrity and customer-care standardsDetermine needs and then provide solutions that solve the customer’s issues and generate a high rate of referral-based sales
• Running on Assigned appointments from a variety of sources
• Knowing the finance offers for each type of program
• Following the ABACUS In home Sales program to CLOSE and install HVAC Systems.
• Perform sales presentations, as outlined in company selling process
• Educate potential customers on value: Inform customers of all special promotions, the benefits of high efficiency equipment and optional equipment and products
• Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs and/or records
• Attend appointments with customers as scheduled
• Represent the company in a professional manner consistent with the company’s integrity and customer-care standards

Qualifications
