Job summary

ARS (American Residential Services) is seeking motivated In-Home Sales Representatives (Comfort Advisors) to consult homeowners on HVAC upgrades and replacements. You will leverage company-provided warm leads and present tailored solutions during appointments.

Role offers an uncapped commission structure with a training salary transitioning to a draw, plus company vehicle, benefits, and ongoing sales training. Performance drives earnings.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience preferred.
• One-call close experience strongly preferred.
• HVAC knowledge helpful; training provided.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate current heating and cooling systems and present replacements.
• Meet with homeowners during scheduled appointments to assess needs.
• Inspect existing equipment to determine scope and pricing.
• Access equipment located in attics, crawlspaces, basements, or mechanical areas.
• Provide recommendations for upgrades and replacements.
• Present financing options and system solutions during consultations.
• Close sales in a one-call close sales environment.
• Deliver a professional customer experience through installation.
• Coordinate with installation teams for a smooth handoff.
• Lead flow is consistent with seasonal and weather-driven demand.
