TopLine Heating & Air is seeking a Sales Representative – Residential HVAC to convert inbound, pre-qualified leads into custom HVAC solutions in customers’ homes across the region. You’ll focus on closing in a fast, one-call environment with strong support and uncapped earnings.

TopLine offers a performance-driven culture with real commissions, up to 13% per deal, and realistic top-earner potential in the $150K–$300K+ range, plus a company vehicle and benefits.

Qualifications

• You know how to close in a one-call environment.
• You’re confident talking money and handling objections.
• You understand urgency and how to guide customers to a decision.

Responsibilities

• Run 3–4 qualified leads per day in customers’ homes.
• Design and present custom HVAC solutions.
• Control the conversation, handle objections, and close the deal on the spot.
• Deliver a professional, trust-based sales experience
