Job summary

TopLine Heating & Air is seeking high-performing in-home sales closers in the Scranton area. You’ll work with inbound, pre-qualified leads and book direct appointments, designing HVAC solutions and closing on the spot with a trust-based sales approach.

Expect strong support, uncapped commissions up to 13% per deal, and realistic earnings of $150K–$300K+ when you close consistently. Company vehicle, phone, and tablet are provided, along with medical benefits and 401k match.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience or closing experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to close deals in one call and handle money discussions.

Responsibilities

• Run 3–4 qualified leads per day in customers’ homes.
• Design and present custom HVAC solutions.
• Control the conversation, handle objections, and close the deal on the spot.
• Deliver a professional, trust-based sales experience.
