TopLine Heating & Air is seeking a high-performing Sales Representative for residential HVAC with inbound pre-qualified leads and strong support. Earn uncapped income with up to 13% commission and top reps reaching $150K-$300K+ annually by closing in-home deals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills for in-home and phone conversations.
• Organized and self-driven with a results focus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Run 3-4 qualified leads per day in customers' homes.
• Design and present custom HVAC solutions.
• Control the conversation, handle objections, and close the deal on the spot.
• Deliver a professional, trust-based sales experience.
