Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BSN degree required; degree verification will occur.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• Ability to obtain BSN within 4 years if hired with less than 12 months RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
