Intermountain Health is seeking a compassionate Hospice Nurse to deliver patient-centered end-of-life care in the home setting. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comfort and quality of life.

The role emphasizes wound care, medication administration, IV monitoring, and education for patients and caregivers in a Denver-area hospice program. PRN shifts and weekend rotation apply.

Competenze

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• Valid driver's license with insured and reliable transportation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• BSN required; RN with <12 months must obtain BSN within 4 years.
• Existing hires before 4/27/2025 follow prior requirements.

• Provide holistic, patient-centered care to terminally ill patients.
