Champion Window is seeking an enthusiastic Factory Sales Representative to deliver an exceptional in-home sales experience by educating customers and presenting tailored home improvement solutions.

Leads are provided with pre-qualified appointments; no cold calling is required. The role includes paid training, a draw option, and strong earning potential in a performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Able to pass drug screen, credit check, and background check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and follow-up abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency and telephone etiquette.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform in-home demos.
• Prior in-home or direct-to-consumer sales preferred.
• Positive, self-driven and results-oriented mindset.

Responsabilités

• Self-generate leads and sales opportunities beyond company-provided ones.
• Conduct in-home sales appointments, educate customers on Champion products.
• Identify needs and recommend home improvement solutions.
• Evaluate, measure, and specify project details and options.
• Build and present detailed proposals using a consultative approach.
• Negotiate and close sales while maintaining integrity to Champion standards.
• Complete contracts and payment information in a timely manner.
• Attend daily sales and training meetings to improve product knowledge.
• Support showroom and local home shows as assigned.
• Maintain professional appearance and customer-first attitude.
