United Energy Workers Healthcare is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join as 1099 independent contractors, delivering in-home care with compassion. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to serve energy workers in their homes while maintaining autonomy.

As an in-home health care RN, you will perform assessments, educate patients and families, assist with ADLs, administer medications, document in EMR, and coordinate with case managers.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Willingness to travel to patients' homes.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to pass state & federal background check.
• Professional liability is required.
• Strong problem-solving and empathetic approach.

Responsibilities

• Be a Pillar of Support: conduct thorough assessments and provide personalized, comprehensive care.
• Empower Through Education: educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Compassionate Assistance: provide ADL assistance with dignity and respect.
• Coordinate care: schedule with patients per plan of care and approved hours.
• Vigilant Advocate: monitor changes in symptoms and report promptly.
• Healing Hands: administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborative Spirit: communicate with Case Managers and physicians.
• Diligent Documentation: maintain accurate patient logs in EMR.
