Job summary

National Recruiters seeks a Nurse Practitioner for in-home health risk assessments. This PRN/1099 contractor role covers multiple Ohio counties with flexible scheduling. You will perform risk assessments, provide preventive guidance, and document findings using an iPad.

Valid NP license required. Travel throughout Cleveland, Lorain, Medina, Mentor, Akron, and Sandusky counties is expected; start ASAP with onboarding designed for rapid earnings.

Qualifications

• Active NP license (no PAs); valid in-home assessment experience preferred.
• Willing to travel across multiple counties in Northeast Ohio.
• Flexible start; PRN/1099 contractor arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health risk assessments (history, lifestyle, basic physical/mental checks).
• Provide preventive care education to patients and families.
• Document visits using company-provided iPad and maintain accurate records.
